Reminder: We do not accept products with outer packaging boxes marked with flammable, explosive, hazardous, warning signs, or spray pressure cans.
1. Essential oils, extruded toiletries (diffusers) are acceptable.
2. Perfume (alcohol-containing products), products with lithium batteries, tobacco and alcohol, spray high-pressure cans, meat products, any animal or plant (insect) products & processed foods are not accepted.
3. Products with batteries need to be removed before shipping. (Battery cannot be shipped)
*Pure batteries and mobile power supplies (power banks) are not accepted
*No products containing batteries will be accepted (including lithium batteries, including rechargeable batteries: hand tools or UN3171&UN3480, etc...)

6. The contents of the entrusted parcels must comply with import regulations and must not contain prohibited items. If any non-compliant items are found, you will be responsible for any legal liabilities, and the entrusted form will not be eligible for the above-mentioned benefits. The Red Sea official website reserves the right to change the service content and final interpretation.
PS: The establishment of an order indicates agreement to and compliance with the above.
*We will try our best to help with inquiries, but there are many countries and we cannot guarantee the import and export regulations of certain goods. Please be responsible for checking the recipient yourself, and must comply with the regulations of the importing country.
Special Notice:
If customs inspect goods subject to regulatory approval or require the imposition of customs duties, anti-dumping duties on goods, but they have not been declared on a formal declaration form, a customs violation fine of NT$6000 (excluding fines from the competent authority) will be imposed, plus a handling fee of NT$300.
The following are common regulatory authorities and goods subject to regulatory approval:
Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) - Electronics (refrigerators, televisions, rice cookers, etc.), toys (for children under 14), textiles (underwear, towels, bedding, etc.), automotive tires/rim, lighting fixtures (indoor lights), paint, luggage, massagers, batteries, etc.
National Communications Commission (NCC) - Goods with Bluetooth/WIFI functions and goods with wireless remote controls, etc.
Bureau of Foreign Trade - Hardware accessories (screws, aluminum & steel products), tiles, solar panels, bedding, electronic locks, radar, grinding wheels, electric vehicles, drills, water heaters, socks, masks, etc.
Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine - Animals (including food), plants (including fertilizers), cat litter, wood chips, feathers, etc.
Food and Drug Administration - Disinfectants, pharmaceuticals, food, tableware, etc.
Ministry of Health and Welfare - Medical equipment (beauty devices, moxibustion instruments, wheelchairs), pharmaceutical cosmetics (acne treatment, wrinkle removal, etc.), hair dyes, reading glasses, medical masks, etc.
Counterfeit, imitation brand, and infringing products may involve legal issues, please do not attempt to circumvent the law. E-cigarettes and accessories parts (heating host, cigarette bullets), regardless of whether they contain nicotine, cannot be shipped. For importers with values between 10 million and 50 million NT$, fines will be imposed, and they will be required to improve, recover, destroy, or return within a certain period. Failure to improve within the specified period will result in further penalties. Smuggling, counterfeit infringement, and prohibited items are currently the focus of customs inspection.
