4. Consolidation Warehouse Value-Added Service (Reinforcement, Waterproofing)

The table provides services for each warehouse, with detailed explanations below:

Consolidation/Split Packages: Each warehouse offers a limited number of free package consolidations. Additional packages will incur extra charges.
 
Original Box Single-Package Shipping
[No additional charges, no repackaging or resizing, shipped as is]
  1. If the outer box is significantly damaged or too weak, which may lead to product damage, you must notify customer service for approval before the box can be replaced or reinforced with an additional outer box.
  2. The package will be opened for inspection: If the quantity of items exceeds the packaging limit, they must be split into separate boxes, and the original box single-package shipping rule will be voided.
  3. If outer box reinforcement is needed, please select [Outer Box Reinforcement], which incurs an additional charge.
  4. If internal reinforcement is required, please select [Basic Inner Box Reinforcement], which incurs an additional charge.
  5. Dimensional (volumetric) discounts are calculated based on the shipping route of the warehouse, and additional charges may apply for increased weight or volume.
  6. Regardless of whether reinforcement is applied, any damage occurring during transportation is not eligible for compensation.

Original Box Consolidation (2 or More Packages, No Unpacking or Resizing)

[Original Boxes Retained / No Unpacking or Resizing / Additional Large Outer Box Protection – Starts at 120]

  1. The combined package must not exceed 150 cm (total of three sides) and 23 kg (50 lbs).
    • Each additional cm = 2 (1 inch = 5).
  2. If the consolidation results in an oversized outer box and no suitable box is available, a sack or tape wrapping may be used instead, without further reinforcement.
  3. If outer box reinforcement is required, please select [Outer Box Reinforcement] (additional charge applies).
  4. If internal reinforcement is needed, please select [Per Item Reinforcement] (recommended). Do not select [Basic Inner Box Reinforcement], as it may cause errors due to resizing (additional charge applies).
  5. If this service is not used, the full fee will be refunded; however, no other compensation will be provided.
  6. Once the package is packed, no refunds will be issued. If you need to revert or modify the package, an additional fee will be required.
  7. We do not guarantee that a perfectly fitting large outer box will be available. If resizing the outer box leaves extra space, dimensional weight fees may still apply.
  8. Adding an outer box increases the weight, but volume discounts still apply based on the warehouse’s shipping route pricing.
  9. When consolidating multiple original boxes, please check the size and weight limits. If the package exceeds weight or size restrictions, the warehouse reserves the right to cancel the consolidation order after notifying the customer.

Outer Box Reinforcement
  • Basic Fee per Box:
    • 90元: USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong
    • 50元: Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, China
The outer box will be reinforced with either one layer of thick bubble wrap or three layers of thin bubble wrap, or other appropriate methods.
(The definition of thick vs. thin depends on the warehouse, and weight may increase.)
  1. The fee applies to packages with a total (L + W + H) of up to 90 cm.
    • For packages exceeding 90 cm: An additional charge of 1 per cm or 2.5 per inch.
    • For Hong Kong: An additional charge of 2 per cm after 90 cm.
  2. Reinforcement Process:
    a. The outer box will be inspected for damage, and the customer will be notified if any is found.
    b. The box may be resized or replaced if necessary.
    c. If "Original Box Shipping" is selected, the box will not be resized or unpacked.
    d. If the resized box has empty spaces, filler materials will be added, but perfect protection is not guaranteed.
  3. If the total size exceeds 150 cm, a separate quote will be provided—please contact customer service via Line: @lgg6811g.
  4. Glass, ceramics, fragile items, food, liquids, cosmetics, or other leakage-prone products are not eligible for compensation in case of damage during transport.

Basic Inner Box Reinforcement
  • Base Fee per Box:
    • 90元: USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong
    • 50元: Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, China
Fee applies to packages with a total (L + W + H) of up to 90 cm.
  • For packages exceeding 90 cm: Additional 1 per cm or 2.5 per inch.
  1. Many factors affect the reinforcement process, such as internal gaps and whether the box is resized. Weight may increase as a result.
  2. If the seller has already packed the item well, additional reinforcement may not be necessary.
  3. The process involves reducing empty spaces inside the box and adding compression-resistant materials.
  4. No guarantee of product integrity during transit. If color boxes are too soft and get compressed, or if items such as glass, ceramics, fragile goods, food, liquids, cosmetics, etc., leak, break, or suffer external damage, compensation will not be provided.

 
Waterproof Outer Box Protection
  1. Warehouse protection service: 30元 per waybill, calculated based on total dimensions.
    • Each additional cm = 0.5 (1 inch = 1.25).
  2. Japan (JPD) & Korea (KBS) warehouses:
    • Packages within 150 cm (total dimensions): 150 logistics points.
    • Packages exceeding 150 cm: 300 logistics points or custom quote.

Per Item Reinforcement (Selective Reinforcement Available)
  • Pricing per item:
    • 45元: UK, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China
      • Limited to 30 cm total dimensions; each additional cm = 2 logistics points.
      • Items larger than 70 cm require a custom quote.
    • 66元: USA, Canada
      • Limited to 30 cm total dimensions; each additional cm = 2 logistics points.
      • Items larger than 70 cm require a custom quote.
    • 90元: Japan, Korea
      • Limited to 60 cm total dimensions; each additional cm = 3 logistics points.
  1. Best for fragile or small bulk items (large items require a custom quote).
    a. Contact customer service on Line with item names, quantities, or pictures for better assessment.
    b. Provide your waybill number and tracking number for processing.
    c. Final reinforcement fees may be quoted after the package arrives at the warehouse.
  2. Recommended for items like:
    • Figurines, mugs, cosmetics, candles in glass containers, porcelain cups and plates, health supplements, delicate items, car parts, etc.
  3. For price quotes:
    • Provide website links, pictures, dimensions (L×W×H), and material details for faster evaluation.
    • Final charges are based on actual packaging needs.
  4. If only a portion of items need reinforcement:
    • Warehouse approval is required via Line before processing.
    • If packaging is already completed without prior notice, no refunds will be given.
    • Restoring the original condition requires additional fees.
    • Restoration is not available for consolidated shipments.
  5. No compensation for damages incurred during transit, but manual reinforcement fees will be refunded.
  6. If reinforcement was not requested, but internal damage occurs, compensation will not be provided.

Basic Item Inspection & Quantity Verification
  • Fees:
    • First item: 30 logistics points
    • Each additional item: +3 logistics points

Inspection Scope

  • Limited to verifying the declared product names and quantities on the waybill.
  • No photos will be taken.
  • Import declarations are based on the member's provided information, and we do not modify the details.
Billing Standard
  • Charges are based on the actual confirmed quantity after inspection.
  • The item name and quantity report will be sent via internal messages and email.

 
Shoe Box Disposal
  • Free of charge (shoe boxes will not be kept).
  1. If the shoe box is not discarded, the logistics points fee is non-refundable, but volume-based fees will be refunded.
  2. Exceptions:
    • JPD (Japan warehouse): 30 logistics points per pair
    • AUX, AUM warehouses: 45 logistics points per pair
    • If not disposed of, the fee will be refunded.

Separate Customs Clearance Barcode – Warehouse Outbound & Customs Clearance, Reject Merging into Bags
【Fee: 50 per order; Not merged with other packages for bulk clearance】
a. Reason: When clearing customs in Taiwan, the EZWAY app's real-name authentication system will notify you to confirm the package by selecting "Declaration Match". If other randomly inspected packages are not confirmed accordingly, the release process may be delayed.
b. Since customs fees are calculated based on barcode regulations, multiple small packages merged under one barcode require a single customs inspection. Packages within the same customs barcode cannot be cleared separately.
c. Therefore, we offer a "Reject Merging into Bags" service. Your package will not be combined with others in a bulk customs clearance bag but will have its own separate customs clearance barcode. This improves efficiency and speeds up customs clearance. If the warehouse does not provide this service, a refund of 50 will be issued.

Convenience Store Pickup

  • Fee: 15 logistics points
  • Available at FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and 7-11.
  • Size & weight limit:
    • Max weight: 5kg
    • Total dimensions (L+W+H): 90 cm
    • Max single side length: 45 cm

Taipei Warehouse Self-Pickup
  • Free of charge

Formal Import Declaration Processing Fee
  • 1 logistics point = NT$1
Applicable Cases
a. For business imports, alcohol/tobacco regulations, or customs-mandated formal declarations:
  • Customs clearance fee + 5% VAT = logistics points required for payment
    b. Personal shipments with simplified import clearance do NOT require this fee.
Important Notes
c. If you are unsure about the import declaration requirements, do not generate a waybill immediately.
  • First, submit a "Request for Inspection" form (subject to additional fees).
  • The warehouse staff will photograph the items, allowing you to complete a detailed product declaration form before notifying customer service.
d. Customs Clearance Fees:
  • Minimum charge: 10kg (even if under 10kg)
  • Korea KAO warehouse: NT$30/kg (other warehouses do not charge this fee)
  • Customs duty & inspection fees: Charged based on actual costs
  • Shipping fees: Exclude frequent buyer tax routes

Request for Inspection
  • Submit a request via the system under "Request for Inspection."
  • Inspection service is charged per photo, with a base fee of 150 logistics points.
Inspection Includes:
  1. Photo of the outer box with the shipping label.
  2. Photo of the package contents after unboxing.
  3. A group photo of all items (clarity not guaranteed).
  4. Basic surface inspection of items (severe damage will be reported separately).
    • No assessments on item condition (new/used), color differences, size accuracy, minor damages, authenticity, or functionality tests.
    • Photos are provided for your own judgment.
  5. If you need extra photos for specific details, mention the focus area.
    • Each additional photo costs 60 logistics points.
  6. No modifications can be made after payment.
    • The inspection is a warehouse service; fees are non-refundable after photos are taken.
  7. If the inspection is not completed within 7 working days, you may request a refund of the inspection fee (no other compensation).
  8. If the warehouse detects damaged or open packages upon arrival, photos of the outer box may be provided.

Basic Warehouse Arrival Photos
  • Free of charge
  • If you need clear photos of package contents, choose "Request for Inspection."
Notes:
  1. This service is not guaranteed in all warehouses.
  2. Photos may not be clear or complete, and retakes are not available.
  3. If no arrival photo is provided, it will not be taken later.
  4. For detailed and clear photos of contents, please choose "Request for Inspection."

Additional Return Requirements:
  1. If the seller does not provide a return shipping label, an additional local delivery service fee will apply.
    • Submit the return shipping details via the system under "Request for Return."
  2. If the return address is not the original seller, please provide:
    a. Screenshot of purchase receipt
    b. Screenshot of payment proof, including transaction details
    c. If returning to the original seller, no additional proof is needed.
  3. Once shipped, the system will provide a tracking number and shipment details.
    • If the recipient does not receive the package or if damage occurs, compensation cannot be claimed.
    • Optional cargo insurance can be added for 2% of the total item value.
Once a waybill is generated, value-added services cannot be canceled.
By submitting a waybill or request, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

 
Retrieving Packages from Old Warehouses & Post Office Pickups
  • If your package was mistakenly shipped to an old warehouse or post office, local warehouse staff can attempt retrieval.
  • Regardless of success, the retrieval fee is non-refundable.
  • Prepayment is required.
Service Scope:
  1. Staff will check the old warehouse for packages.
    • If the location has new tenants, retrieval may not be possible.
    • If the old warehouse is vacant, staff will check the front entrance and delivery notes.
  2. Proof photos will be taken to confirm the retrieval attempt.
  3. If the package is found, it will be stored in the warehouse.
  4. If the package cannot be retrieved, you will be notified.
Important Notes:
  • West Coast US (BOM Warehouse): The new tenant does not offer assistance, so please contact the seller directly for a solution.

 

The generation of the shipping order indicates that you have read and agreed to the above instructions. If your requested value-added service is not fulfilled, the full fee will be refunded, and no other compensation can be claimed.
