*Ordering System: The "Lele System" is a fast-order platform for customized product sourcing. It does not handle cash flow directly. Ordering constitutes a customized service and agreement to the disclaimer clause.

*Non-Refundable: Once membership is confirmed and benefits are accessed, fees are non-refundable.

*Membership Tiers: Product Members and Logistics VIP Members are separate tiers. To enjoy both shipping and shopping discounts, separate applications are required.

*Deposit Refund: If you no longer wish to use Diamond benefits, you may apply for a deposit refund (processing fees apply). The refund can be credited to your account for shipping or returned to your bank account.

*Fair Use: To protect all members, each individual is limited to one application to join and one application to withdraw.

*Security Deposit: A deposit of $30,000 TWD is required.

Note: This deposit is refundable after 90 days and cannot be used to pay for goods or shipping fees.

*Bonus: Once qualified, you will receive a one-year "Logistics VIP Red K" membership (valued at $1,200 TWD) for free.

*Early Withdrawal: If you apply to leave the group or request a refund within 90 days, a $30 TWD bank fee and a $1,000 TWD processing fee will be charged.

f. Clarification of Scope of Responsibility

1.Inspection Limits: Upon receipt, we will assist in checking the exterior, item type, and quantity. 2.Agent Role: The local shopper acts as your authorized agent for the purchase. They are not the manufacturer or the seller and cannot be held liable for product defects or seller errors.

3.No Indemnity: Compensation or refund requests cannot be made against our company or the local shopper for the issues mentioned above.

g. Failed or Unsuccessful Purchase Attempts

1.Refund Processing: If a refund is required due to an unsuccessful purchase, a bank transfer fee of $30 TWD will be deducted.

2.Order Commitment: Once an order is placed, cancellations or returns are not accepted. If you wish to return an item, you must wait until it arrives at the warehouse and then process it via the "I want to return" function.

3.Seller Policy Compliance: In the event of an issue, we must follow the official customer service procedures of the overseas seller. The local shopper will assist with the return or exchange process. However, if the seller delays or refuses service for any reason, the local shopper is not liable for compensation or additional refunds.

Detailed Terms

6.Quality Assurance Disclaimer: * Items sourced from Outlets, supermarkets, or malls are offered at heavy discounts; therefore, 100% perfection cannot be guaranteed.

*While our local shoppers filter and check for major defects, we cannot provide strict quality control for minor flaws (e.g., uneven stitching, slight interior irregularities, tiny paint chips on shoes, subtle color variations, or personal preferences regarding scents).

*We strictly do not accept returns for these reasons. * Clients may request detailed inspections or photos when filling out the waybill. If you require absolute perfection, we advise against purchasing high-end luxury goods through this service.
