5. Referral & New Member Rewards
*Refer a Friend:
1.Earn up to 225 points per referral (issued as 9 coupons of 25 points each). No limit on referrals!
2.Once the new member uses a coupon, the coupon codes will be sent to your 【Inbox】. Referrers' member ID must be entered during registration.
6.New Member Join:
Click [Register] on the homepage to receive a Logistics Discount Trial Coupon.
Important Terms & Reminders
PS1: Logistics points must be used during the VIP period; otherwise, they are forfeited.
PS2: VIP Coupons must be used within the specified time; otherwise, they are forfeited.
*Rebate Calculation: Percentage is calculated based on the net international shipping cost (excluding value-added services, international express, or other derivative fees). Currently only applicable to consolidated warehouse shipping.
*Max Accumulation: The total limit of points a member can earn during their validity period.
*Points Usage: Points can be used to fully offset shipping costs or for membership upgrades.
*Cancellations: If a waybill is canceled after using a coupon, the coupon will not be reissued.
*Transferability: Logistics points and VIP coupons can be gifted to others.
Note: (Expired coupons can only be used by the original VIP member; please contact customer service for assistance.)
*Scope: Only applicable for Red Sea Logistics shipping services.
PS3. VIP Membership Cancellation Policy:
1.Using a VIP coupon on a waybill constitutes agreement to the VIP terms.
2.If you have never used a VIP coupon, you may apply for a refund within 90 days. Refunds are calculated monthly (partial months count as a full month).
3.A $300 processing fee will be deducted. All used coupons, earned rebate points, and gifts must be returned/voided (or paid for at original price) before the refund is processed.
