A. Public Warehouse:
Actual address of the warehouse for stocking in, packing, and outbound processing.
Generally, no storage or shelving fees are charged (any storage fees will be explained in the warehouse address details).
Sellers sometimes do not deliver to logistics warehouses.
B. Private Warehouse:
Residential addresses; received goods are sent back to public warehouse for stocking in. Stocking in occurs irregularly 1-2 times a week.
Stock in fees apply; refer to warehouse address details.
Websites that do not deliver to logistics warehouses can be directed to private warehouses.
Cannot consolidate private warehouse packages with public warehouse packages when filling out orders.
C. Reasons for Not Sending to Logistics Warehouses:
Credit card is not from the local country.
Suspected of being a proxy purchasing agent.
Delivery address on credit card and billing address are different.
Seller does not deliver to logistics companies.
Websites are overly strict, making ordering difficult (ie: IP address, address input, etc).
Seller doesn't allow member ID to be written after the address?
Try all writable fields (name field, address field 1, address field 2, remarks).
Before items arrive at the warehouse, fill out a Preorder or Pre Stock In in "Add Order." The system will automatically verify upon item stock in.
After the seller notifies you of package arrival at the warehouse, check the Unclaimed Packages section in package inquiry.
