Order Completion
Three options for adding Orders:
A.Preorder: Quick dispatch (package has not yet arrived at the warehouse)
*Seller has provided package tracking number, items do not need to be consolidated with other packages
*Fastest dispatch method; warehouse immediately prepares for ship out once package is received
B. New Order: package received and stored in warehouse
*Customer will be notified by email; check in package inquiry, can be consolidated with other packages.
*If not received, use logistics number to claim in the Unclaimed Packages of package inquiry.
C. Pre Stock In: must be written before package arrives to overseas warehouse
*Package not yet at the warehouse, seller provided express number, can be consolidated
*If package has not been stocked in for a long time, use tracking number to claim in the Unclaimed Packages of package inquiry.
*If goods are not in Unclaimed Packages, please contact the seller for proof of delivery.
*Importer details and actual recipient of the package can be different people.
Payment of Shipping Fees
View fees in "Make Payment" for payable account details or "Send Package" - "Order Inquiry," select Order number, click "View."
We have multiple payment options, and recommend using online banking for automatic processing (no shipping delay).
Prepayment, or topping up extra for future use, prevents shipping delays due to time zone differences and payment failure.
Please check our website to see what currencies we accept.
After payment, please check your account information in my messages. The system will automatically deduct the payment before dispatch. Deduction may take a few minutes to process.
Reminders about Consolidation and Separation of Packages
About Consolidation:
*No weight reduction is guaranteed; dimensions may increase.
*Consolidation may involve combining original boxes or using a larger box, which could result in increased total weight and/or increased dimensions.
*To prevent conflict, extra packaging may or may not be included when consolidating packages; there is no compensation for damage.
*For packages requiring reinforcement, select "Value-Added Service" and choose "General Reinforcement" or "Special Reinforcement" when completing the Order.
**This does not include a Package Inspection, and thus we are not responsible for missing items; please inquire directly with seller if there are any problems with your package.
Separation Reasons:
*The package is too large or contains too many high value items (which would cause high import taxes), according to local warehouse personnel.
*Items in package need to be separated according to country's customs regulations; refer to FAQ D5 and D7.
*Customer has chosen Tax Included Route and items in package must be separated, according to local warehouse personnel.
*If customer is unwilling to separate packages, please choose the Tax Not Included Route.
Reminder: Packages will only be dispatched once full payment is received. If you have fee inquiries, please inform our customer service before the package arrives in its destination warehouse; upon arrival, the destination warehouse will reverify.
