6.EZWAY Verification - Personal Customs Declaration

This process includes paying customs duties through the international logistics service provided by RedSea7. Frequent shippers are also included, and must adhere to the rules specified on the official website of each country.

The rules are divided into those who have participated in the EZWAY real name verification and those who have not:
*Customs Rule: For the same batch of shipments, only one parcel can be declared under one recipient's name. Multiple parcels require multiple recipients for declaration. Please add them to the address book in the system.
*Please Note: In the "Customs Declaration Option" field, "Yes" must be selected for the system to automatically and quickly calculate the secure selection.
For those who have participated in EZWAY verification:
  • Verification through EZWAY must be indicated in the recipient's address book in the system.
  • If you are defined as a "Frequent Shipper" by customs, you must meet the specified criteria.
  • A landline telephone number is additionally required, and the ID card can be specified for customs use.
  • We can also provide a "paper-based commission letter" (downloadable from the address book for customs clearance authorization).
  • Customs inspections may be random, and there is a possibility of import tax for certain goods.
  • Be prepared with multiple EZWAY recipient options for rotation.
  • It is recommended to assign one EZWAY recipient to each package.
  • Participants have up to 6 instances of importing amounts within 2000 TWD exempt from customs duties every six months.
Customs Declaration Option: (Select "Yes" when filling out recipient information)
*Members should take special note:
  • The system allows you to self-manage which recipients to select, and you can only select "Yes" if you have obtained the recipient's permission to use this option.
  • A response of "Yes" is required for customs verification. Responding "No" will require providing the recipient's paper-based commission letter and self-payment of fees. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in legal liability and full fee compensation.
  • Agreement that the shipping system can set the recipient to agree to the system's use when customs importing to Taiwan in the future.
  • When importing back to Taiwan with multiple packages or parcels limited by quantity, if they are split into separate shipments, the system will automatically allocate them to each individual recipient's shipment.
  • If a recipient does not want to be used for customs declaration purposes, you can modify the "Customs Declaration Option" field to "No" in the "Address Book" in the system, and the system will not use it again.
