一. Explanation of disclaimers and matters:
1. The goods are damaged due to the carrier's failure to fulfill its responsibilities or negligence;

2. If the package is not damaged and basically complete when delivered, and the recipient does not raise any objection and issue a written damage record, or the sender (including the shipping website) fails to provide packaging that can support multiple transshipments. The internal parts are damaged or the package is damaged;

3. The loss of goods, delays in customs clearance, and fines caused by your violation of the relevant regulations and terms of the company, aviation and shipping companies, and customs, such as: false declarations, transshipment of goods that are strictly prohibited from entry, the quantity of items exceeding the quantity specified by customs, etc. , penalty, confiscation and return of shipment;

4. If the package contains items that are not listed in the declaration details, you will be responsible for the consequences if these items are lost;

5. When the customer placed the order, the membership number and warehouse receipt information on the package were incorrectly written, or the membership number was not filled in correctly on the package, resulting in delayed delivery of the package or even failure to arrive at the warehouse, or the package was put into the wrong warehouse. Customer's responsibility;

6. For domestic express delivery in the local country or region, it shows that the package has been delivered to the warehouse address within the valid time, but it is verified that the package has not been received. The customer needs to provide the express delivery receipt to prove that our company personnel signed for the package on the spot (there will be a date and time as evidence), you can apply for a claim and handle it according to the compensation rules (according to the second largest compensation clause below); because it is found that many courier company delivery personnel sign on their own or mistakenly send it to other companies for receipt, if the signature is not Our staff are unable to provide services and are not allowed to apply for claims.

7. For goods that are normally put into the warehouse, if the customer fails to apply for a waybill for shipment after the local warehouse has been set up for days, the goods will be deemed to have been abandoned and can be destroyed. We are not responsible for continuing to keep them, or if any adverse consequences such as loss or damage occur, the customer will be responsible for them. .

8. If the customer does not apply for inspection, verification and inventory services after the package is put into the warehouse, it may be due to the shipper's underdelivery/wrong delivery or the defects and defects in the goods themselves, resulting in the customer's reaction after receiving the goods being inconsistent with the actual order, etc. The customer should borne by the customer;

9. Due to local holidays, political instability, customs clearance delays, customs inspections, weather and climate conditions, transportation and logistics delays, and insufficient manpower and cargo preparation leading to the failure to arrive on time or flight delays, cancellations, or suspensions, resulting in shipment delays and corresponding adverse consequences;

10. Delays and inspections, taxes, confiscations, and customs deductions caused by temporary and uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance procedures or changes in customs policies. . and other abnormal situations; when the above situation also occurs and it occurs at the Customs of the People's Republic of China due to the special relationship between the two sides, it is impossible to apply for a Chinese Customs certificate to explain the reason. A relevant service company can issue an explanation on its behalf as a certificate.

11. The customer shall be responsible for any consequences such as delays in tax payment and release due to the customer's failure to confirm and pay taxes in a timely manner or due to the loss of contact with the customer. If the tax is not paid within 3 days from the date of issuance of the tax payment notice, the goods will be treated as abandoned;

12. If the customs needs to return the package for some reason and fails to provide a response and confirmation within 3 days from the date of the return notice, it will be treated as abandoned;

13. During the express delivery process, due to the loss of contact with the customer, if the recipient is not contacted within 3 days after the package is returned, it will be treated as abandoned;

14. If the customer provides incorrect, incomplete receiving information or other special requirements, resulting in repeated delivery, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred and any consequences such as delay or loss;

15. If the transported items include the erasure of data in tapes, optical disks, files or other storage media, or the erasure of photographic images or audio tapes in exposed films, the customer shall be responsible for the consequences; they must comply with the requirements of the local customs. Customers need to check whether it is feasible and are responsible for the results.

16. Due to special weather (rainy season, typhoons and hot weather in coastal and other places) and other reasons, the consequences of moisture, melting, deformation, freezing and even partial damage caused by goods during transportation or waiting at customs at airports and docks, domestic express delivery part It is impossible to apply for a claim, so please take waterproof and rainproof measures.

17. When signing for a package, whether it is received by family members, doormen, colleagues, relatives or friends, etc., it will all be regarded as the person signing for it. For normally signed packages, our company will not accept any claim applications for damage, missing pieces, freight, etc. if submitted within 3 days. No other services will be accepted.

18. If the package is returned due to any reasons such as rejection by the recipient, incorrect phone call, etc., our company will not make any compensation if it is damaged or lost, and will charge a processing fee of NT$150 and the actual cost of the returned package. freight

19. Due to the large number of sellers on multi-platform websites, it is difficult to control the new and old quality of goods. We strongly recommend customers to conduct detailed inspections and deal with problem items as soon as possible. We hereby declare that if there are any quality and quantity problems with items, it is recommended to directly appeal to eBay (if unsuccessful, appeal again) paypal), the warehouse is not responsible for any package content issues.

20. If the product name and item are not accurately declared, the waybill is not filled in in accordance with the regulations, and the route selection does not comply with the regulations, we will not be responsible for any responsibility and compensation.

21. If the goods imported into Taiwan are inspected by Taiwan Customs, they are authorized to process the production of all documents, including a letter of authorization, engraving (for customs clearance only), invoices, and providing a copy of the ID card. The relevant costs will be borne by the client.

22. The customs for imported goods requires "real-name authentication" of the recipient. Failure to do so will result in delays/returns/deductions/tariffs/declaration of transfer orders/abandonment... etc. The sender and recipient must pay the full amount.

23. Agree to X2 customs declaration terms:
a. I agree to use X2 customs declaration for customs declaration. The declared amount is tax-free within the national regulations.
b. If you want to take the initiative to declare taxes, you can use tax declaration instead. It is recommended to apply for X3 customs declaration or G1 formal customs declaration.
c. If an individual has not registered with EZWAY for real-name authentication, he or she can use the name and ID card on the letter of appointment to declare customs. It is necessary to provide the original letter of authorization and submit it to the customs. It will take a long time and will be released after certification.
d. The company number can be declared directly with the company name + editor, and EZWAY real-name authentication and registration is not required. A letter of appointment is required for customs declaration.
e. Select EZWAY real-name authentication and registration. You can choose whether the declaration is consistent or not. Do not click the declaration button.
f. The nominee of the customs declaration and the actual recipient can be different people.
g. This customs declaration will generate import frequent tax. Please refer to the detailed description of each line on the homepage of the official website.

24. Inspection by airport security personnel, inspection by foreign or domestic customs personnel, unpacking the contents of the package and taking it for inspection or testing, so that in the process the goods in the package are damaged or are not returned with missing items. Such risks are Foreign customs clearance agents and domestic customs clearance agents and our company will not make compensation, nor can we ask for relevant information.

25. Due to any reason such as failure or delay in delivery, delivery to another consolidation company or residential address, or delivery to an incorrect address by overseas sellers and private logistics companies, etc., resulting in significant delays in our warehouse entry or even failure to be delivered and unable to enter the warehouse, all must be based on the records of our company's consolidation warehouse entry packages. If there are any questions, you need to contact the relevant purchasing unit, and compensation cannot be requested for this reason, which is the responsibility of the customer.

二. Compensation terms: (without violating the first exemption clause)
1. Compensation methods for the loss of the entire package (box) of goods from abroad (including Taiwan) that have been confirmed to have been signed by our staff and entered into the warehouse at various stages during the transportation process:

a. For insured goods, once the goods are lost or completely damaged during transportation, compensation will be based on the lower of the insurance amount and the actual value of the goods. Partial losses are calculated in proportion to weight. The maximum amount shall not exceed NT$50,000, and the amount exceeding NT$50,000 will be calculated as well. The corresponding value-added service fees and insurance premiums incurred will not be compensated separately. The insurance amount regulations in some recipient countries are lower than this description. b. For uninsured goods, if the entire package is lost during the transportation process after it leaves the warehouse (the consolidated package is cleared from the destination country to the consolidation warehouse), the maximum compensation is NT$3,000 (or 5,000 logistics points optional). However, the costs of all additional services and options and product damage shall not be calculated and are not included in the scope of refund. Valid proof of purchase and compliance with the regulations of the importing and exporting countries are also required.

c. There is an insured waybill. If the entire package is lost after it arrives in Taiwan and is transferred to home delivery (if part of the package is lost, it is calculated by weight, not the value of the goods). (For compensation in other countries, please refer to [Homepage of the official website] Fees and Process Description] countries are priority criteria). If it is not found within 21 days from the notification, we will be responsible for the first compensation, and we will be responsible for the courier company or insurance company, and we shall not ask for other compensation.

d. For uninsured waybills, if the package is lost after it arrives in Taiwan and is transferred to home delivery (if part of the package is lost, the value will be calculated based on the value recognized by the courier company), we will provide home delivery insurance for the recipient, and we will provide up to NT$10,000. The compensation amount within Taiwan dollars is the lower of the actual value (for compensation in other countries, the country that needs to refer to [Official website’s home page for fees and process description] will be given priority). The compensation and amount are based on the delivery courier company in the local country. Because the process takes time and is complicated, it usually takes at least 30 to 90 days or more. It is based on the home delivery company's operating time. Proof of purchase value from the courier company is required. and contact information, please contact the courier company by yourself. Follow the courier company's process progress, which can help track the compensation progress regularly. Please contact the courier company customer service by yourself. After the compensation amount is received, the full amount will be handed over to the package owner.

e. It can be executed only if it does not violate the disclaimer clause and description of matters.

2. Loss and damage during transportation cannot be compensated as follows:
a. If the national customs or airline inspects the goods as contraband or refuses to carry the goods, they will not provide or be required to provide documents proving the detention. If there is a fine, the sender or recipient must pay in full and add the local country. The processing fee is NT$6,000 or more.

b. If the airline delivers the package to Taiwan for customs inspection, if the package is opened/damaged/wet, etc. and is damaged at the customs premises, no compensation will be made regardless of whether it is insured or not. If a few items are damaged when arriving at the Taipei warehouse, etc., the customer will be notified, photos will be taken and archived, responsibilities will be clarified, and information will be provided to those insured by other insurance companies.

c. If you apply for waterproofing (splashing) measures for value-added services, heavy rain may still cause water damage to the outer box. 50 Red Sea Logistics Points will be subsidized as compensation, but the original fee will not be refunded.

d. Glass products, porcelain products, jade products, handicrafts, valuables, acrylic boards, plastic boards, etc., whether new or old, liquid products (cosmetics, skin care products, cleaning products...), powder Products (cocoa powder, milk powder, rice flour, pressed cakes, protein powder) that are damaged during transportation (cans leaking/exploding/broken, etc.) are not covered by the company's compensation.

e. Our company only provides package forwarding services. If the goods are not insured and the goods have not been inspected, we will not be compensated if the items are missing or damaged. If you apply for general reinforcement or special reinforcement and cause damage during transportation, 50 Red Sea Logistics Points will be subsidized as compensation, but the original cost will not be refunded.

3. Due to the quality of product packaging provided by the sender (including shopping websites), unexpected uncontrollable conditions during international transportation, and the requirement to replace plastic bags, the company will not be responsible for damage to goods that have not used special reinforcement services. Provide any compensation. If the reinforcement service is damaged, the reinforcement fee will be refunded and no compensation for the value of the goods will be accepted.

4. If you have applied for our company's reinforcement service, you can also provide a damage certificate issued by the courier company (but you cannot refuse to accept the package. If you refuse to accept the package, you will not be provided with any compensation or service, and it must be verified by our company first) .
a. The outer box is waterproof: the company will compensate up to 3 times the corresponding freight for damaged goods. Please note: liquid products (cosmetics, skin care products, cleaning products...), powder products (milk powder, rice flour, powder cake, protein powder) glass packaging fragile items, porcelain products, jade products, handicrafts, valuables, Acrylic boards, plastic boards, etc., whether new or old, especially shoes, bags, and clothes, must be waterproofed by themselves. No compensation will be made for any water soaking problems.) Goods such as these are prone to damage due to bumps and vibrations during transportation. Even if such goods have applied for reinforcement services, once they are damaged (can leaking/exploded/broken, etc.), the company will not be covered by the company's compensation.

5. Please pay special attention to: For those who choose value-added services, general reinforcement, special reinforcement, and waterproof measures are taken on the outer box. If the staff does not perform reinforcement services, the company will refund the reinforcement fee in full, and the customer shall not ask for any other compensation. (Reinforcement does not include inspection) Reinforcement has been carried out in accordance with the requirements of the waybill. However, if the goods are damaged during transportation, no compensation can be claimed.

6. For goods sent to the destination without using the internal parts inventory and detailed inspection services, if you find that the goods are short/partially missing after signing for them, please contact your seller as soon as possible to inform them. We are only a transportation auxiliary service business. We will not check the quantity and quality of the items in the package, but only randomly check whether there are contraband. The complete packaging process and supervision procedures of this system are rigorous, and the company will not assume any liability for compensation. .

a. If you have purchased the internal parts inventory and detailed inspection service and find that the goods are short or missing after signing for the goods, the courier company must provide proof of the missing items (short weight) when signing for the goods. If you have purchased loss insurance, you can purchase it according to the insurance amount and If you do not purchase insurance, the total compensation for the goods in the package will be up to NT$3,000.

7. No compensation will be accepted for damage caused by customs inspection and detention after the goods arrive in Taiwan.
a. Let the courier company deliver it to Taiwan. Our company has purchased insurance including loss and damage insurance of NT$10,000. Please record a video before signing to protect your rights and interests. If the entire package is lost or the outer box of the package is damaged + the contents are damaged, the actual damage will be taken. The purchase amount is up to NT$10,000 for compensation. If you choose to have the package picked up by a supermarket and the package is lost, the supermarket will deduct the declared value up to NT$3,000.

b. If you believe that "part of the goods are missing from the package" and cannot prove whether the contents of the package were lost during transportation because "detailed inspection" was not done at the warehouse, the customer shall not request compensation or services. Or I After you have asked the delivery logistics company to confirm the certificate and the compensation amount has been confirmed by the delivery logistics company (our company can help members provide insurance up to NT$10,000), you need to provide the original invoice and proof of purchase, and wait for the logistics company to negotiate directly with you. Discuss the solution directly with each other, and then please notify the logistics company to pay the compensation amount directly to the customer. If an agent is required to receive the compensation, the full amount will be handed over to the customer. Let the supermarket pick up the package because the supermarket does not do weight and volume testing. If it cannot be proven that the package is partially lost or damaged, the company will not make compensation and cannot demand compensation, or the supermarket's compensation will prevail and will be handed over to the customer after the supermarket confirms the compensation amount.

c. The confirmation of claim settlement will be subject to certification by the delivery company. If there is any error, the compensation amount will be determined. The compensation amount will be transferred to the customer after the amount is confirmed and paid by the logistics company. If the invoice value is higher than the market value, you have the right to purchase and return it at the market value (it must be purchased and delivered to the customer within 30 days after the courier company confirms the compensation date). And no additional compensation may be required from the company or the logistics company.

三. Time limit for claim settlement:

1. If the situation falls within the above claim range after signing for it, please be sure to submit a written claim application to our company within 24 hours after signing for it;

2. If the domestic express tracking number provided cannot be tracked, a claim must be submitted within 3 days from the date of updating the tracking number. Otherwise, verification processing will not be possible if the express company’s inquiry period is exceeded;

3. After submitting a claim, you must provide the required complete claim documents within 3 days. If this time limit is exceeded, the claim will be deemed invalid.

4. Submit complete vouchers, invoices, and photos, and you can compensate according to the item or amount, waiting for the courier company's certification and the insurance company's process and certification. The customer service process will take about 30 to 60 days after receiving the voucher. (Please be sure to keep the damaged appearance and interior of the package until the courier company has certified it before sorting it out. Thank you)

5. The package has a 35-day storage period after it is received in the warehouse. There is also a 10-day buffer period for you to decide whether to leave the warehouse. If the package is not shipped out after more than 45 days after it is placed in the warehouse, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the ownership of the package and belongs to us. Handle discard notifications yourself.

6. The company has the final right to interpret and modify this compensation clause without further announcement.

四. Goods that are not insured:

1. Works of art, including any work created or developed using skill, taste or creative talent for sale, display or collection, including but not limited to paintings, drawings, vases, embroidery, limited edition prints, works of art, Portraits, sculptures, collections and appreciation items, photographic negatives, photographic offset plates, photographic slides and other easily damaged goods or goods (and parts of goods) whose market prices are particularly easy to change or whose value is difficult to determine.

2. Antiques, including any goods showing ancient styles whose value is due to their history, age or rarity, including but not limited to furniture, tableware, glass, jade utensils and items such as coins, stamps, sports cards, gifts and Souvenirs and other collectibles.

3. Jewelry, including but not limited to, precious watch parts, cut or uncut precious and secondary jewelry or gemstones, artificial diamonds and artificial jewelry. Precious metals, including but not limited to, gold, silver nuggets, powder, precipitates or platinum (other than electronic mechanical components).

4. Fur products, including but not limited to fur clothing, fur decorative clothing and furs.

5. Apple products, glass products, fragile products, liquids, pneumatic products, artworks, paintings, skin care products and cosmetics, easy-to-squeeze plastic exterior products, according to the rules of China Post and China EMS Post China Express Company, items that do not accept compensation or items not accepted for insurance.

6. The contents of this clause shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. If there is any litigation, both parties agree that the Shilin District Court in Taipei, Taiwan shall be the court of first instance. Or the U.S. District Court in New Castle, Delaware, shall be the court of first jurisdiction.

五. Details of prohibited goods:

Our company will not transport goods containing the following items, such as firearms and weapons and their accessories, dangerous knives, hair tonics, nail polish, perfume and other flammable and explosive products that are embargoed by air. Please be responsible for any adverse consequences arising therefrom.

A. Various weapons, ammunition, and controlled knives. Such as guns, bullets, artillery shells, grenades, landmines, bombs, etc.
B. Various types of explosive items and items in metal pressure cans. Such as detonators, explosives, gunpowder, firecrackers, etc.
C. Various types of flammable items, including liquids, gases and solids. Such as gasoline, kerosene, tung oil, alcohol, lacquer, diesel, aerosol, gas lighter, gas cylinder, phosphorus, sulfur, matches, etc.
D. Various corrosive items. Such as pyrosulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, organic solvents, pesticides, hydrogen peroxide, hazardous chemicals, etc.
E. Various radioactive elements and containers. Such as uranium, cobalt, radium, plutonium, etc.
F. All kinds of potent poisons. Such as thallium, cyanide, arsenic, etc.
G. Various anesthetic drugs. Such as opium (including poppy shells, flowers, bracts, leaves), morphine, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine, ephedrine and other products.
H. Various biochemical products and infectious items. Such as anthrax, dangerous bacteria, medical waste, etc.
I. Various publications, promotional materials, printed materials, etc. that endanger national security, social and political stability, and are obscene.
J. Various items that harm public health. Such as corpse bones, animal organs, limbs, untanned animal skins, unmedicated animal bones, etc.
K. Items that are expressly prohibited from circulation, mailing or entry and exit by national laws, regulations and administrative rules, such as state secret documents and information, national currency and counterfeit currency and securities, imitation weapons, controlled knives, precious cultural relics, and endangered wild animals and its products, etc.
L. Improper packaging may endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other items to be delivered, equipment, etc.
M. Each destination country (region) prohibits the delivery of imported items, etc.
N. For animals, plants and their products that are prohibited from import by the state, please refer to the detailed list in the attachment.

六. The contents of this clause shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. If there is any litigation, both parties agree that the Shilin District Court in Taipei, Taiwan shall be the court of first instance. Or the District Court for the District of Wilmington, State of Delaware, United States, shall be the court of first jurisdiction.

1. Animals and animal products
(1) Live animals (except dogs and cats), including all mammals, birds, fish, amphibians, reptiles, insects and other invertebrates, and animal genetic material.
(2) (raw or cooked) meat (including organs) and its products; aquatic animal products.
(3) Animal-derived milk and dairy products, including raw milk, fresh milk, yogurt, animal-derived cream, butter, cheese and other dairy products.
(4) Eggs and their products, including fresh eggs, preserved eggs, salted eggs, egg liquid, egg shells, mayonnaise and other egg source products.
(5) Bird's nest (except canned bird's nest).
(6) Oils and fats, skins, wool, hooves, bones, horns and their products.
(7) Animal-derived feeds (including single feeds such as meat meal, bone meal, fish meal, whey meal, blood meal, etc.), animal-derived Chinese medicinal materials, and animal-derived fertilizers.
2. Plants and plant products
(8) Fresh fruits and vegetables.
(9) Tobacco leaves (excluding cut tobacco).
(10) Seeds (seedlings), seedlings and other plant materials with reproductive capacity.
(11) Organic cultivation medium.
(12) Soil.
3. Other quarantine items
(13) Animal carcasses, animal specimens, and waste of animal origin.
(14) Animal and plant pathogens such as bacterial strains and poisonous strains, pests and other harmful organisms, biological materials such as cells, organs and tissues, blood and their products.
(15) Genetically modified biological materials.
(16) Other animals and plants, animal and plant products and other quarantine objects prohibited from entry by the state.

1. Animals, plants, their products and other quarantine objects imported by carrying or mailing, subject to the approval of the relevant national administrative departments and having quarantine certificates issued by the official agencies of the exporting country or region, are not restricted by this list.
2. Each person is limited to one dog, cat and other pets with an animal quarantine certificate and vaccination certificate issued by the official agency of the exporting country or region.
