HotTPE to Australia Packing Rules
1. Packaging, consolidation, and separating
*To request a quote, please provide the weight and dimensions of each box, the number of boxes, and a list of items.
*All "logistics points" will be represented by symbols (symbols as shown in the illustration

*Consolidation total weight limit: 20KG.
*Free consolidation limit: 5.
*Consolidation limit per shipment: 10.
*Excess consolidation fee (per box): 20.00.

14002. Explanation of Standard Item Charges and Volume Discounts
*Standard volume calculation: Length x Width x Height in cm / 5000 = Volumetric Weight
*Standard volume calculation: Length x Width x Height in inches / 150 = Volumetric Weight
Billing is based on the greater of the volume weight or the actual weight
Example: Volume weight: 30×40×50/6000 = 15kg. If the package weighs 13kg, the shipping fee will be based on 15kg.
A. Delivery Regulations:
1. Package Volume Limit: Within 0.22 cubic meters per package.
2. Weight Limit: Within 20KG per package.
3. Packages exceeding 20kg will incur additional logistics delivery fees.
4. Box Size Limit: Single side must be less than or equal to 90cm.
5. Total of three sides must be less than 150cm.
6. Packages exceeding these limits must be arranged for pickup at the Sydney AUX warehouse.
7. Additional logistics truck delivery for multiple boxes will be notified separately.
8. Local delivery fees may apply for single sides measuring 61~90cm.
9. Shipping fees for home delivery in Australia are calculated separately for each package.
B. Sydney AUX Warehouse Pickup:
1. Single side must be less than or equal to 150cm, total three sides less than 220cm.
2. Packages must be within 30kg; please notify if exceeded.
3. Warehouse pickup supports merging multiple packages under the same recipient for weight-based shipping fee calculation.
Friendly Reminders:
1. Short-term storage in the Australian warehouse is charged at 1320 NTD per month per pallet space ().
).2. Both the Australian and Taipei warehouses can assist with forwarding to various locations, with fees based on actual costs.
3. The Taipei warehouse offers 25 days of free storage, facilitating consolidated shipping back to Taiwan with other packages. From the 26th day, a storage fee of 50 per box per day will be charged (calculated from the date the package arrives in the warehouse).

5. Once the shipping order is created, even if not yet paid, the warehouse staff may decide to dispatch the package back to the destination. To avoid this, do not create a shipping order if you do not want the package dispatched. If a return is needed, all costs will be borne by the member.
6. Establishment of the order indicates acceptance of the above terms.
