Purchasing with Your Own Account
Fee Structure:
1. Total Fee = Product Cost + Bank Remittance Fee + Proxy Purchase Fee of 300 Yen (No Proxy Purchase Fee for orders above 5000 Yen)
2. Bank Handling Fee (Including Consumption Tax):
*Below 30,000 Japanese Yen: 110 Japanese Yen
*Above 30,000 Japanese Yen: 220 Japanese Yen
The above fees are bank handling fees (based on Atomy's Mitsui Bank account). Any changes will be notified separately. For the first and second transactions, we will provide a remittance certificate specifying the remittance fee.
1. Remittance Timing: Pay orders before 12:00 PM on normal working days, complete payment by 2:00 PM on the same day.
2. Payment: Remit in NTD to The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, settled in Yen according to the day's exchange rate. Please contact customer service for any questions.
Proxy Purchase Conditions:
1. Proxy applicants must have an Atomy account and provide it to us for purchasing.
*Japan Request Form = Similar to Taiwan Invoice
*When placing orders: Payment Method: Bank Transfer; Payee: Name of Red Sea Japan Company
2. Account information cannot be changed before the order is completed (before updating the tracking number).
3. Be a VIP Red K member

4. Prepay Recharge Amount

Proxy Purchase Process:
1. Provide your Gmail account, and we will share the order document. See below for the reference format. Third parties cannot access it once the proxy purchase begins.

5. Contact our customer service, and we will make the payment.
6. Monitor order management. After the package is received, the management form will be updated with the logistics number, and system warehousing will be conducted.
7. Use the Redsea system to create the shipping order to ship back to Taiwan.
