Step 1: Cost description
a. The cost is based on the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Volume (pounds) weight = length x width x height inches divided by 5000
b. The weight of a single box cannot exceed 30 kg, and multiple boxes can be shipped together.

Step 2: Fill in 2 documentsa. It must be filled in in English and US dollars. You are responsible for any mistakes that cause customs duties.
b. If needed, fill in the local door-to-door pickup form and we will arrange a collection. If the package is already at a warehouse, you do not need to fill out this form.
*Create a new shipping order under Add Order and select international express
[Recipient information] refers to the detailed information of the recipient and items declared in Taiwan.
c. After payment is completed, we will arrange a collection. If the package is being sent directly from the member's address, please make sure the label and any other documents are affixed to the box. If the package is being sent from our warehouse, we will do this for you. Please note that a deposit of 300 USD (or its equivalent in other currencies) is required to ship out the package(s).
*Reason for deposit: The total shipping cost mentioned in step 1 is only an estimate, as Fedex will reweigh and remeasure each package. If the provided measurements are incorrect, Fedex will revise the shipping fee, and any differences must be paid by the customer.)
d. It will take a minimum of 5 to 7 days to arrive in Taiwan. Afterwards, it will be sent directly to the recipient's address.
e. If there is a customs tax bill or tax notice, please pay it through the customs or shipping company's links in the email.
f. If the pickup is in a remote area, an additional fee of NT$1,200 minimum will be charged.

Step 3: Company import instructionsa. Door-to-door pick-up and delivery back to Taiwan can be carried out in all European countries, speeding up efficiency and saving time and costs.
*You can also accumulate multiple packages from EMA or EPI warehouse, and consolidate before shipping back to Taiwan.
b. Can provide formal declaration for companies with tax bill and import certificate (declared value within NT$50,000)
c. Can also provide formal declaration for individuals (less than NT$2,000 is tax-free)
Special instructions and precautions
1. Electronic invoice for freight: (freight) + 5% invoice tax
2. Compensation for lost international packages: Compensation in the declared amount of US dollars (up to 100 US dollars)
3. Insurance can be provided: 2% of the total amount declared
4. The processing fee for modifying the order is 200 NTD/time minimum, and is subject to change at any time
5. After arriving at the Taiwan warehouse, the length, width, height and weight of the package you declared will be checked again, and those measured in Taiwan will prevail. If there is any error in the fee collection, it will be charged again or refunded.
6. Generally, we will send all the goods to you after sorting them out in the Taipei warehouse.
Can be requested: If the import is to be sent directly from European countries to Taiwanese customers, a deposit of NT$5,000 is required (the reason is that it can be deducted from Fedex's different requirements for measuring the weight and volume of the package). Confirmed information will be provided 14 days after each completion. You can request to return or continue to use it.
7. Commodity import regulations: Customs regulations of European countries and Taiwan must be followed. If there is any violation, you are responsible for any and all consequences.
