*For consolidated shipping by sea, the pickup fee is 150 NTD per box, maximum limit of 20 kg per box, maximum total dimensions <150 cm and each side <90 cm

b. Convenience Store to Store Pickup Regulations:  
* For packages over 5 kg, please send in multiple shipments. We can help combine and pack them without charging for labor and materials.  
*Convenience store pickup ensures timely delivery.

c. Home Pickup in Taiwan  
*Taiwan Pelican Express offers pickup across Taiwan.  
*Each package should be within 20 kg (please split into multiple boxes if over 20 kg; we will help combine them).  
*No same-day, holiday, or specific time slots available.  
*When the courier company is arranged, they will come under the guise of "returning a package" and will bring a shipping label to attach.  
*Typically, it takes 1-2 business days; delays may occur beyond our control. Please contact Line customer service at ID: @lgg6811g for any questions.  
*If the package is lost, or damaged, compensation will follow local courier's terms.
