Commodity Restrictions & Customs Declaration Instructions
Reminders:
Goods with flammable, explosive, hazardous, or warning signs on the outer packaging will not be accepted.
Spray pressure cans exceeding 60ml are not accepted.
Lithium batteries, rechargeable batteries, power banks, and individual batteries for power tools are not accepted.
Hand-held power tools with batteries are accepted (UN3480).
No animals (insects) or processed food products are accepted.
To avoid temporary returns by airlines, please consult customer service before shipping.
Health Supplements: Up to 12 bottles of the same product or 36 bottles mixed.

2. Tobacco products are routed through BTY and require formal import declaration. For details, refer to FAQ H on Taiwan Import Declaration on the official website.
*Perfumes are accepted (for personal use only).
3. Food/Snacks: Each package must not exceed 6kg.

4. The warehouse will remove invoices with prices.
5. Entrusted shipments must comply with relevant import regulations and must not contain prohibited items. Legal responsibility for goods that do not comply with import regulations lies with the shipper, and such shipments will not be eligible for the above-mentioned promotions. RedSea7 reserves the right to change the service content and make the final interpretation.
PS: The establishment of an order signifies agreement with and adherence to the above instructions.
Special Announcement:
Customs inspection of goods subject to review control regulations or subject to imposition of customs duties, anti-dumping duties, but not declared on a formal customs declaration, will incur a penalty of NT$6,000 for customs violations (excluding fines from competent authorities), plus an additional handling fee of NT$300.
The following are common regulatory authorities and product categories subject to review control:
Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection - Electrical appliances (refrigerators, televisions, rice cookers, etc.), toys (for children under 14), textiles (underwear, towels, bedding, etc.), automobile tires/rims, lighting fixtures (indoor lighting), paints, luggage, massage devices, batteries, etc.
National Communications Commission (NCC) - Goods with Bluetooth/WIFI functionality and goods with wireless remote controls.
Bureau of Foreign Trade - Hardware accessories (screws, aluminum & steel products), tiles, solar panels, bedding, electronic locks, radar, grinding wheels, electric vehicles, drills, water heaters, socks, masks, etc.
Bureau of Commodity Inspection - Animals (including food), plants (including fertilizers), cat litter, sawdust, feathers, etc.
Food and Drug Administration - Disinfectants, pharmaceuticals, food, tableware, etc.
Ministry of Health and Welfare - Medical equipment (beauty devices, moxibustion devices, wheelchairs), medicated cosmetics (acne treatment, wrinkle reduction), hair dye, reading glasses, medical masks, etc.
Counterfeit products, imitation bags, brand-related items - Caution against infringement. Electronic cigarettes and accessories (heating units, cartridges) cannot be shipped, regardless of nicotine content. Importers face fines ranging from NT$10 million to NT$50 million, with a specified deadline for improvement, recall, destruction, or return. Failure to comply within the specified period will result in further penalties. Customs focus on the detection of bulk breaking/counterfeiting/infringing/prohibited items.
