Atomy Payment Proxy & Procurement Services
A. Payment Proxy & Fee Structure Instructions
  1. Total Fee = Product Price + Bank Transfer Fee + Payment Proxy Fee (JPY 450)
  2. Bank Transfer Fee (Tax Included):
    • Orders under JPY 30,000: JPY 110
    • Orders JPY 30,000 and above: JPY 220
  3. Please contact Customer Service to complete the remittance to Atomy's official Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) account.
  4. Remittance Processing Schedule:
    • Orders paid before 12:00 PM on business days will complete remittance processing by 14:00 PM on the same day.
    • Pre-payment Required: Top up account balance before order placement.
  5. Account Verification: Remittances must be made from the account holder's personal bank account. Third-party payments are strictly not accepted. Please send a payment screenshot to Customer Service upon completion.
B. Procurement Workflow for VIP Logistics Members (Red, Q, K, 9) via Japan Buyer Please notify the Japan Buyer in advance:
  1. Provide your Atomy Account ID and Password.
  2. Send screenshots of the required Atomy products to the Japan Buyer (Line ID: @465wvoy).
 
Proxy Purchase Process:
1. Provide your Gmail account, and we will share the order document. See below for the reference format. Third parties cannot access it once the proxy purchase begins.

2. Place orders on the Atomy official website. Fill in the delivery address as follows:

3. Pay the prepayment.
4. Update the order data in the order document (only fill in the yellow part), and we will update the other data.
5. Contact our customer service, and we will make the payment.
6. Monitor order management. After the package is received, the management form will be updated with the logistics number, and system warehousing will be conducted.
7. Use the Redsea system to create the shipping order to ship back to Taiwan.
