1.Packaging, consolidation, and separating

Each order is charged per kilogram based on actual weight:
*Total combined weight limit: 55LBs (25kg)
*Free number of boxes: 4 pieces
*Limited number of pieces combined: 10 pieces
*Excess of combined box (unit price/box):20.00
*Limited number of pieces per carton: 25 boxes
*Free number of boxes: 4 pieces
*Excess of cartoning (unit price/carton):40.00

40.002A. Explanation of Standard Item Charges and Volume Discounts
*Standard volume calcuation: length x width x height cm / 5000 = volumetric weight
*Standard volume calculation: length x width x height inch / 150 = volumetric weight
*Volumetric weight of ITA and ITJ routes: length x width x height/5000
*Standard volume calcuation: length x width x height cm / 5000 = volumetric weight

Example 1.: Calculation instructions for tariff-inclusive ITJ route fees
*Example: Actual weight of package: 5kg
*Volume and weight calculation method: (length x width x height cm) divided by (5000)
The three sides of the package are 40x40x40cm divided by 5000=12.8kg
The weight is rounded up by every 0.5kg, so it is 13kg
*Shipping fee calculation: (actual volume weight 13kg) is greater than (actual weight of package 5kg)
So based on actual weight calculation, first weight (370 x 1kg) + additional weight (185/0.5kg x 8) + volumetric weight (370*8=2960) = 4810
*Example: Actual weight of package: 5kg
*Volume and weight calculation method: (length x width x height cm) divided by (5000)
The three sides of the package are 40x40x40cm divided by 5000=12.8kg
The weight is rounded up by every 0.5kg, so it is 13kg
*Shipping fee calculation: (actual volume weight 13kg) is greater than (actual weight of package 5kg)
So based on actual weight calculation, first weight (

2C. Oversized Packages with Frequent Importer Tax on ITJ Route Restrictions:
ITJ route volume weight: The actual weight is discounted within 1.5 times. Only the excess amount will be charged.
*The sum of three sides of oversized items≧
Limit to 64inch (161cm), if it exceeds 64inch (161cm), special handling fee will be required:1600
Over 254cm (100inch), additional charges or no charge will be charged
*Single side of extra wide pieces≧
Limit to 28inch (71cm), if it exceeds 28inch (71cm), special handling fee will be required:800
If both sides of the box are larger than 36inch (90cm), the fee will be extra or not charged
*Overweight items≧
Limit to 89lbs (41kg), if it exceeds 89lbs (41kg), special handling fee will be required:1600
If the actual weight exceeds 132lbs (60kg), additional charges or no charge will be charged
*The charges for oversized items, oversized items, and overweight items are cumulative and insurance is not accepted.
*If the limit exceeds the limit, frequent buyers will need to pay the customs duties themselves.
*If the warehouse only provides a tariff-included route, it will also be regarded as not including tariffs. The transportation costs are the same and non-refundable, and any taxes incurred must be self-paid.
*Inquiries or notifications must be made 14 days before the goods are sent to the warehouse to be effective. If you fail to ask more than 14 days in advance, we will not be responsible and may reject, return, or handle it yourself.
Reminder:
*The warehouse may not necessarily help separate the boxes. It is recommended not to consolidate items that are too large.
*For recipients in outlying islands of Taiwan, large items require confirmation before delivery to the overseas consolidation warehouse. Additional local transportation fees in Taiwan will be charged separately, or we reserve the right to request self-processing at designated airports or ports.

a. Oversized items, extra wide items, and overweight items are not accepted through the tariff-included route.
b. Explanation of tariff-included and tariff-exclusive:
*Tariff included: Includes common customs duties for frequent buyers (excluding customs tax adjustments, transfer declarations, inspection and quarantine... need to be paid by yourself)
*Duty is not included: If there is any tax, you must pay it yourself. Applicable to users who have 6 imports of less than 2,000 yuan per person every six months and are exempt from paying customs duties.
a. Oversized items, extra wide items, and overweight items are not accepted through the tariff-included route.
b. Explanation of tariff-included and tariff-exclusive:
*Tariff included: Includes common customs duties for frequent buyers (excluding customs tax adjustments, transfer declarations, inspection and quarantine... need to be paid by yourself)
*Duty is not included: If there is any tax, you must pay it yourself. Applicable to users who have 6 imports of less than 2,000 yuan per person every six months and are exempt from paying customs duties.
Special Service:
1. For local supermarket online purchases to be delivered to the warehouse (supermarket delivery), an additional packaging fee of NT$120 will be charged for each transaction.

3B. Special Reminder: Taiwan Requires Formal Import Declaration
No personal simplified declaration is allowed for any of the following reasons. Additional fees may or may not apply depending on Taiwan Customs' determination.
a. External box sides exceed 90cm.
b. One side exceeds 180cm.
c. Individual box weight exceeds 60kg.
d. Declaration fee 600 + 5% business tax = 630. Inspection and customs duties are self-paid.

f. When members need formal declaration service, please ensure to check the formal declaration option (under value-added services) when filling out the order. If not selected, warehouse processing will not follow the formal declaration process separately, and no formal declaration will be conducted upon return to Taiwan (or additional fees may apply), please be aware!
g. Provide formal declaration information, power of attorney, and copy of ID to customer service immediately after preparing the order for packages requiring formal declaration.

Attention:
1. When selecting package consolidation, we may merge or decide not to unpack packages. If there's excessive space inside the package, to prevent damage from shaking, we might resize the box during handling. We may also replace the original box for export, but our staff have the authority to determine that the original box cannot withstand the load and replace it without additional charges.
2. To minimize issues during customs clearance, we reserve the right to inspect your goods by opening the box.
3. After multiple packages are consolidated, there may be differences in weight. If the local consolidation warehouse has completed packing and organizing, we will no longer verify the packages' dimensions (length, width, height, and weight). However, you can request customer service to recheck the weight and dimensions in Taipei Warehouse, and no fees will be charged. We do not accept complaints after you receive the packages.

5. For convenience store pickup and self-pickup, there is free storage for up to 25 days:
*Limitation: within 5 kilograms, each side within 90 centimeters, and one side within 45 centimeters.
*Starting from the 26th day of storage beyond the free period, a storage fee will be applied.
6. The abandonment period for packages is 45 days.
7. Once the order is established, even if payment has not been made yet, warehouse staff may decide to ship the package back to the destination. If you do not want the package shipped out, please do not establish the order. If you need to return the package, the member is responsible for all costs.
8. For packages delivered to Taiwan (TPE Warehouse), if you discover damage upon receipt, please record the unpacking with video, keep the original box, and contact the delivery company directly or request a claim from other logistics companies within 48 hours. Claims will be compensated by the logistics company to you, and we will not act as an intermediary or assist in claims.
9. We provide a loss or damage insurance of up to 10,000 New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) for members. The compensation standard is determined by the logistics company (limited to the Convenience Store Pickup and Kerry Freight Company). We do not participate in this process. Other logistics companies follow their own policies.
10. Additional insurance is available for the entire package for compensation.
