A. Work Content
1. Notify the Line@ member number for TPE Taipei warehouse entry.
2. Provide reinforcement and waterproofing measures for free, as needed.
3. Items can be picked up from your location or dropped off at a FedEx station.
4. Shipments are dispatched daily, with delivery expected in 4-7 days.
For warehouse entry and packaging at the BOM warehouse on the West Coast USA or the BDE warehouse on the East Coast USA, an additional packing fee of USD 1.50/lb will apply.
B. Package Packing Rules
1. Charges are based on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight calculation: (Length * Width * Height inches) / 139 = volumetric weight (lbs).
2. Single box actual weight within 40kg (88 lbs), with a maximum length of 274 cm (108 inches), and length plus girth not exceeding 330 cm (130 inches).
*Maximum weight per shipment: 300kg (660 lbs).
3. Single box actual weight 30~68kg (150 lbs), with a maximum length of 274 cm (108 inches), and length plus girth not exceeding 330 cm (130 inches).
4. An additional fee of 2500 shipping points applies for any dimension exceeding 120 cm (47 inches).
5. Each pallet over 68kg (150 lbs).
*Shipments exceeding 990kg (2200 lbs) or a height of 178 cm (70 inches), length exceeding 302 cm (119 inches), or width exceeding 203 cm (80 inches) require prior approval.
6. Important notes:
*Ensure to fill in the shipping order number for multiple packages sent to different locations.
*Do not use terms such as personal items, gifts, food.
*We can help members consolidate packages (notify us in advance of the number of packages, and mark numbers after the member number: e.g., RS99999 1/2, RS99999 2/2). The largest box for consolidation is Box #8: 55 x 45 x 41 cm; larger packages will be split.
C. Prohibited Items
*Prohibited items: meat and meat products (e.g., pork floss, instant meals), egg yolk, egg products, honey products, dairy products, jelly, milk, Western medicine, perfume, nail polish, flammable dangerous goods, pressurized bottles, pure alcohol, pure batteries, living creatures, banknotes, bonds, seeds, tobacco and cigars, medical devices (including contact lenses). This includes powders/liquids/solids; a handling fee of NTD 500 will be charged for returns.
1. Wooden crates: Not accepted in Australia, other countries require fumigation certificates.
2. FedEx does not accept general food and health products; DHL & UPS do.
3. Special channels are required for food imports to Belgium; please consult customer service.
D. Important Notes
*Customs clearance explanation 1: If the declared value is unrealistic and the shipment is returned by customs (you will lose the shipping fee), do not declare used or second-hand items as 1 dollar for customs inspection and return. To improve safety and delivery rates, reduce inspections and returns, the company reserves the right to modify your shipping order content. Any applicable taxes must be borne by the customer. If the item's value is genuinely low, you can provide an invoice to customs as proof.
*Customs clearance explanation 2: Compensation for lost items will be based on the insured value, which is equal to the declared import/export value (consider potential taxes in the destination country). Insurance covers the entire package, not partial item loss.
*International package loss compensation: Without insurance, compensation is based on the declared value in USD, up to a maximum of 100 USD.
PS1: If items are too sensitive, for safety and delivery, we may assist in modifying the item name. However, if the package is still returned or destroyed, the company is not responsible for any liability or compensation. PS2: If the shipment is canceled after the shipping order is generated, a fee of 500 shipping points for paperwork will be charged. By creating the shipping order, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the above terms.
