Important Notice for Importing Plush Toys to Taiwan

*Quantity Restrictions per Item: It is highly recommended that you do not ship more than 5 pieces of the exact same specification, model, or style in a single shipment.

*Commercial Use Classification: If a shipment contains a large quantity of identical plush toys (for example, shipping 50 identical dolls at once), Taiwan Customs will classify the shipment as "for commercial/retail purposes" rather than personal use.

*BSMI Compliance Risk: Once a shipment is deemed commercial, Customs will strictly require the importer to provide a BSMI (Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection) Compliance Certificate and Label. Obtaining this commercial inspection certification is virtually impossible for individual importers or general consolidation shipping. Failure to provide it will result in the shipment being blocked from customs clearance, forced to return to the origin, or destroyed.
