Do not order from non-UK websites for delivery to the EMA UK warehouse. For EU websites, please use our Ireland warehouse to avoid customs issues.
a. For shipments from foreign websites to the UK, an international handling fee of 200 NTD minimum per package will be charged.
b. Local customs duties and other fees must be paid by the recipient.
c. Please prepay a deposit of 30% of the total value of the order as a 3-month security deposit. If overdue payments or any other reasons result in fines, members will be responsible for paying all fines.
d. If you can provide proof of paid UK customs duties by the UK government, documents showing that the website has paid the customs duties and will not charge the receiver with any duties/taxes/VAT, or email confirmation from the website’s customer service stating that the recipient does not need to pay customs duties, you can request an agreement form from our customer service and provide a copy of your ID (both sides are required).
e. Refund requests after the 3-month period will be processed within 3 business days. Remaining funds can be credited to your member account or refunded to your bank account (a bank transfer fee of 30 NTD will be deducted). If the local UK courier company says your duty/tax/VAT has not been paid but you have already paid, you are responsible for handling this, and we cannot provide any help. Once the warehouse receives the documents, the deposit will be used to pay the customs fees to avoid affecting future deliveries to the warehouse address.
f. Due to frequent occurrences in the UK where customs and processing fee invoices arrive several months after the package, the above rules have been established. The creation of a shipping order indicates agreement to the above terms.

Any alcoholic products must go through ETY. Whether it is perfume or skin care products, if they are not declared accurately, the goods will be confiscated and fined directly for warehouse inspection.
