Hong Kong Fees Brief Description
1. You can freely choose the rental method for warehousing:
a. Calculated by shelf,
*Length 120cm, width 45cm, height 160cm
*Divided into 4 layers
*Monthly rent is NT$450, or daily rent is NT$50, and annual rent is NT$5,400
b. Calculated by pallet,
*Length 120cm, width 100cm,
*Divide into 1 layer and place directly
*Monthly rent is NT$600, or daily rent is NT$40, and annual rent is NT$7,200
2. When the goods arrive at the warehousing point, they will be collected and put on the shelves: NT$30 per box will be charged at the point of delivery, and the detailed points for unpacking will be charged separately.
3. The cost of packing and sorting each package
a. Labor cost: 75 NTD/per package, small box;
b. For more than 3 material numbers, an additional NT$10 will be charged for each item.
c. Express delivery fee: Depending on the local area, you can also arrange a cheaper logistics company to pick up the package from our warehouse and then deliver it to the customer.

f. Return collection and processing fee is 60 NTD per item

*The cost calculation is simple and not complicated. It can be operated in other currencies or Taiwan dollars, mobile phones and computers.
* Provide materials for loading into small boxes, sorting and packaging, and order placement and logistics.
*The system operates with simple inventory management, incoming and outgoing records, and mall member transactions.
*Provide API logistics system docking or simple Excel file upload and download.

*The warehouse can be leased for both long and short periods of time. Shelves are calculated and the rent is flexible.
*The deposit is NT$5,000, no fee will be calculated, and it will be refunded within 7 days if the service is stopped.
*There are no infringing or counterfeit goods, and Hong Kong laws and regulations must be followed. If the regulations are violated, we will be compensated twice as much as all the fees we paid (including lawyers).

C.Other explanations and supplements
a. We are a legal and formal company, and the warehouse is managed and operated by warehouse personnel. It is not a temporary space in an individual's home or garage, with no guarantee and illegal operation. Invoice receipts can be issued, please do not compare.
b. If you need insurance for loss and damage of the entire batch of goods in the warehouse, you can ask the property insurance company yourself, or we can ask about the cost on your behalf. If there is an uncontrollable situation that causes the loss of your goods, our maximum compensation amount is 3,000 NTD. No compensation will be provided including any illegal behavior or infringement of your goods or trademark or disputes with your customers and other legal violations. Nor can you claim compensation.
c. If the package is damaged or lost after being sent, the logistics company will be responsible for the compensation. We cannot be asked to compensate in advance. If you need additional insurance, please notify us before shipping.
d. As soon as the goods enter the warehouse, you agree to the above instructions, and no additional documents or special signing agreements will be provided.
