*Early notification of major brand discount dates, with particularly low local proxy purchasing fees.
*No proxy purchasing fees for general online shopping, unless otherwise stated.

E. Logistics VIP Member Proxy Purchasing Process:
*Proxy purchasing fee 8%.
*For non-VIPs, purchasing fee is +10% minimum and deposit/advance payment for all countries except Malaysia, Thailand, and Hong Kong, depending on the product(s) and purchasing agent. Store purchases follow standard procedures. During special events, fees remain the same.
*Payment method:
a. Provide complete information, links, and quantities to the respective Line group.
b. Inquire if the buyer is willing to proceed.
c. Prepay the full cost of the goods in advance to a regular account (including all fees).
d. Buyer starts purchasing - notify the member upon successful purchase (proxy purchasing Line group).
e. Notify finance for payment deduction and inform the member upon successful purchase.
f. When the package arrives, it will be automatically stocked in to the customer's account.
g. Members complete an order to ship back to Taiwan.
h. If the purchase is incomplete, regular members requesting a refund will be charged a processing fee of 100NTD minimum. VIP members requesting a refund for incomplete purchases will be charged a 30NTD bank processing fee.
i. Once payment is made to the buyer, returns or cancellations are not accepted. If a return is required after the package arrives at the warehouse, purchasing fees, return fees, and local shipping fees will be charged. If the purchasing website does not accept returns or imposes other fees, the member is responsible for these charges.

4. For proxy-purchased items that need to be returned, confirmation must be made within 3 days. If the return request exceeds 3 days, a handling fee of NT$400 per item will be charged. However, some items are non-returnable or subject to the store's refund policies, so please confirm carefully. Proxy-purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have entered the outbound process. For detailed fees, please contact local buyer services.
5. Outlets, supermarkets, department store boutiques, brand flagship stores—provide instant purchase services for "discounted items" through online proxy purchasing. Most do not charge a "service fee" or only charge a minimal service fee and also enjoy immediate discount refund benefits. For details, please contact customer service.
6. Please understand: Outlets, supermarkets, malls, and other stores offer discounted prices, so the products cannot be guaranteed to be 100% perfect. Local buyers will filter and inspect returned items for defects, but for very minor flaws beyond our control, which cannot be addressed with the nominal service fee— we insist on not accepting returns, please understand (or you can request detailed inspection and photos when filling out the waybill). If you have this concern, please refrain from purchasing high-value items. (For example, clothing, shoes, bags... uneven seams, irregularities in the inner layer; a slight color mismatch in shoes; differences in color and size perception, fragrance, cosmetics...)
