HotJPD (Sea) Warehouse Packing Rules
1. Packaging, consolidation, and separating
*All "logistics points" will be represented by symbols (symbols as shown in the illustration

6002. Free storage period: within 25 days after storage. Storage fee: NTD 10 per kilogram per day per box. Less than 1 kilogram is counted as 1 kilogram. After 45 days, parcels are considered abandoned. No responsibility for storage.
3. Package restrictions: Excludes tariffs, self-paid.
a. Tariffs and local delivery fees are collected directly by Taiwan customs agents.
b. Size limits for receiving packages are as follows:
Maximum dimensions for sea freight: 250 x 170 x 170 cm.
Maximum weight for sea freight: 60 kg.
Single side of package exceeds 120 cm.
Package weight exceeds 40 kg.
Volume weight exceeds 10 ft³ (1 catty = Length cm * Width cm * Height cm / 27000). If package meets any of the above conditions, additional fees will be charged for special vehicle delivery.
c. Tariffs and local delivery fees are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
d. If the total exceeds NTD 50,000, additional customs declaration is required. Please inform customer service.
4. Additional Fees:
1. Shipping starts at 10 kg for direct delivery. Volumetric discount is up to 3 times the actual weight.
*Tariffs, if applicable, are self-paid. Additional volume fee is 55/kg for excess volume.

5. Tokyo doorstep pickup is available at an extra cost. For other locations, packages must be delivered to the warehouse.

As general sea freight can withstand pressure and impact, if your items are valuable and you are concerned about damage, it is not recommended. Freight carriers only compensate up to 1000 NTD. Please take note.
8. Detailed product information, quantity, website links, and customs declaration forms must be provided in advance. Failure to contact customer service at least 3 days in advance indicates a delay in the next batch of shipments.
5. Packaging Procedure:
1. Maximum dimensions for sea freight: 250 x 170 x 170 cm.
*Maximum weight for sea freight: 60 kg.
*Single side of the package exceeds 120 cm.
*Package weight exceeds 40 kg.
*Volume weight exceeds 10 ft³ (1 ft³ = Length cm * Width cm * Height cm / 27000).
*If the package meets any of the above conditions, special vehicle delivery may be required, incurring an additional fee.
*Can assist with individual or company customs declarations. Detailed product names and links are required.
Special Services:
Local supermarket online purchases delivered to the warehouse (supermarket delivery), with an additional packaging fee of 120 NTD per order.
No inspection; warehouse receipt prevails.
Friendly reminders:
1. No returns or inspections are accepted.
2. To expedite the return of your package to Taiwan, even if the fee has not been paid in advance, we may arrange for it to be shipped out first.
3. After the shipping order is established, even if payment has not been made yet, warehouse staff may decide to ship the package to its destination first. If you do not want the package to be shipped out, please do not establish a shipping order. If you need to return the package, the member must bear all costs.
4. For packages delivered locally in Taiwan (to Taipei TPE warehouse), if you find any damage upon receipt, please record the unboxing process, keep the original packaging, and contact the delivery company for compensation within 3 days. Please note that we will no longer act as an intermediary for compensation claims, and any refunds will be directly issued to you. Additionally, we provide insurance coverage of up to 10,000 NTD for loss or damage for each shipment, with the compensation criteria determined by the logistics company. We will not be involved further in this process.
5. Establishing a shipping order indicates agreement with the above instructions.
Sea freight parcels are not eligible for convenience store pickup, and handling incurs an additional fee of 100 logistics points. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
For recipients on outlying islands in Taiwan, large items require prior confirmation before being received at the overseas consolidation warehouse. Local shipping fees in Taiwan are charged separately, or we reserve the right to request self-processing at designated airports or ports.
