1. Packaging, consolidation, and separating
*All logistics points will be represented by symbols (symbols as shown in the illustration ).
*Each order is charged based on actual weight per Kilogram:
*Consolidation total weight limit: 55 lbs (25 kg).
*Free consolidation limit: 6
*Consolidation limit per shipment: 10 items.
*Excess consolidation fee (per box): 20.00.
*Separating limit per shipment: 25 boxes.
*Free separating limit: 4 items.
*Excess separating fee (per box): 40.00.
2A. Explanation of Standard Item Charges and Volume Discounts
*Standard volume calculation: Length x Width x Height in cm / 5000 = Volumetric Weight
*Volumetric standard calculation: Length x Width x Height in inches / 150 = Volumetric Weight
*Volumetric weight for MTA and MTJ routes: Up to 3 times the actual weight is discounted. Any excess is charged only for the difference.
*Charges are calculated based on the discounted weight.
Example 1: Calculation Explanation for Tax Included MTJ Route Charges
*Actual weight of the package: 5 kgs
*Volumetric Discount: 3 times the actual weight, 5 kgs x 3 = 15 kgs
*Calculation of volumetric weight: (Length x Width x Height in inches) divided by (5000)
(40 x 40 x 40) divided by 5000 = 12.8 kgs
Rounded up to the nearest pound, so it is 13 kgs
*Freight calculation: (Discounted 3 times the actual weight is 15 kgs) greater than or equal to (volumetric weight 13 kgs)
Therefore, calculated based on actual weight, package 5 kgs = first weight 200 1kg+ additional weight (([5-1]/0.1kg x 20))= 1000
2B. Important Notes for Oversized Packages, Excluding Tax Included MTA Route:
*Standard volume calculation: Length x Width x Height in cm / 5000 = Volumetric Weight
*Volumetric standard calculation: Length x Width x Height in inches / 150 = Volumetric Weight
*Volumetric weight for MTA and MTJ routes: Up to 1.5 times the actual weight is discounted. Any excess is charged only for the difference.
*Charges are calculated based on the discounted weight.
*For oversized packages, with any side ≥
70~100 inches (181~254 cm), a special handling fee of 1600 applies.
*For dimensions exceeding 254 cm (100 inches), charges are separately calculated or not accepted.
*For oversize width packages, with a single side ≥
36~48 inches (91~120 cm), a special handling fee of 800 applies.
*If both sides of the box are greater than 36 inches (90 cm), charges are separately calculated or not accepted.
*For overweight packages, ≥
89~132 lbs (41~60 kg), a special handling fee of 1600 applies.
*If the actual weight exceeds 132 lbs (60 kg), charges are separately calculated or not accepted.
*Charges for oversized, oversize width, and overweight packages are accumulated, and insurance is not available.
2C. Oversized Package with Frequent Importer Tax on MTJ Route Restrictions:
*Oversized packages with any side equal to or exceeding
64 inches (161 cm) but within the limit, require special handling fee of 1600.
Beyond 254 cm (100 inches), charges may be separately calculated or waived.
*Oversized width with a single side equal to or exceeding
28 inches (71 cm) but within the limit, require special handling fee of 800.
If both sides of the box exceed 36 inches (90 cm), charges may be separately calculated or waived.
*Overweight items exceeding
89 lbs (41 kg) but within the limit, require special handling fee of 1600. If the actual weight exceeds 132 lbs (60 kg), charges may be separately calculated or waived.
*Charges for oversized, oversized width, and overweight items are cumulative and insurance is not available.
*Frequent importer tax for items exceeding the specified limits must be self-paid.
*If the warehouse only offers the tax-included route, it will be considered as tax-excluded. Transportation fees remain the same and non-refundable, and any taxes incurred must be self-paid.
*Inquiry or notification regarding shipping to the warehouse must be made at least 14 days prior to delivery. Failure to inquire within 14 days is not the responsibility of the warehouse and may result in rejection, return, or self-handling.
Friendly reminder:
*Warehouse services may not always assist in separating boxes, so it is advisable not to combine oversized items excessively.
*For recipients in outlying islands of Taiwan, large items require confirmation before delivery to the overseas consolidation warehouse. Additional local transportation fees in Taiwan will be charged separately, or we reserve the right to request self-processing at designated airports or ports.
Special Service:
Local supermarket deliveries to the warehouse incur an additional packing fee of NT$120 per transaction.
*No inspection, subject to warehouse receipt.
3A. Packages with Restrictions Excluded from Tax-Inclusive Route
a. Oversized, Overwide, and Overweight items are not eligible for the tax-inclusive route.
b. Explanation of Tax-Inclusive and Tax-Exclusive:
Tax-Inclusive: Includes standard frequent buyer taxes (excluding customs duties, declaration fees, inspection and quarantine fees... which are self-paid).
Tax-Exclusive: Taxes are self-paid if applicable. Applies to individuals with up to 6 tax-exempt imports under $2000 every six months.
3B. Special Reminder: Taiwan Requires Formal Import Declaration
No personal simplified declaration is allowed for any of the following reasons. Additional fees may or may not apply depending on Taiwan Customs' determination.
a. External box sides exceed 90cm.
b. One side exceeds 180cm.
c. Individual box weight exceeds 60kg.
d. Declaration fee 600 + 5% business tax = 630. Inspection and customs duties are self-paid.
e. Fees are charged only if incurred; otherwise, no charges apply.
f. When members need formal declaration service, please ensure to check the formal declaration option (under value-added services) when filling out the order. If not selected, warehouse processing will not follow the formal declaration process separately, and no formal declaration will be conducted upon return to Taiwan (or additional fees may apply), please be aware!
g. Provide formal declaration information, power of attorney, and copy of ID to customer service immediately after preparing the order for packages requiring formal declaration.

Attention:
1. When selecting package consolidation, we may merge or decide not to unpack packages. If there's excessive space inside the package, to prevent damage from shaking, we might resize the box during handling. We may also replace the original box for export, but our staff have the authority to determine that the original box cannot withstand the load and replace it without additional charges.
2. To minimize issues during customs clearance, we reserve the right to inspect your goods by opening the box.
3. After multiple packages are consolidated, there may be differences in weight. If the local consolidation warehouse has completed packing and organizing, we will no longer verify the packages' dimensions (length, width, height, and weight). However, you can request customer service to recheck the weight and dimensions in Taipei Warehouse, and no fees will be charged. We do not accept complaints after you receive the packages.

5. For convenience store pickup and self-pickup, there is free storage for up to 25 days:
*Limitation: within 5 kilograms, each side within 90 centimeters, and one side within 45 centimeters.
*Starting from the 26th day of storage beyond the free period, a storage fee will be applied.
6. The abandonment period for packages is 45 days.
7. Once the order is established, even if payment has not been made yet, warehouse staff may decide to ship the package back to the destination. If you do not want the package shipped out, please do not establish the order. If you need to return the package, the member is responsible for all costs.
8. For packages delivered to Taiwan (TPE Warehouse), if you discover damage upon receipt, please record the unpacking with video, keep the original box, and contact the delivery company directly or request a claim from other logistics companies within 48 hours. Claims will be compensated by the logistics company to you, and we will not act as an intermediary or assist in claims.
9. We provide a loss or damage insurance of up to 10,000 New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) for members. The compensation standard is determined by the logistics company (limited to the Convenience Store Pickup and Kerry Freight Company). We do not participate in this process. Other logistics companies follow their own policies.
10. Additional insurance is available for the entire package for compensation.
11. Establishment of the order indicates acceptance of the above terms.
