Package Notice and Prohibited Items
1. The following items are not accepted: tobacco, alcohol, high-pressure cans, all types of meat and related products, and currency.
2. Food and health/nutritional supplements must not exceed 6 kg per recipient.
3. Accepted items include essential oils, goods containing small batteries, general merchandise, and plant seeds.
*The following items are not accepted: perfumes, items with lithium batteries, tobacco, alcohol, high-pressure spray cans, meat products, prohibited items in both countries, sharp objects, currency, flammable or explosive hazardous or warning labeled items, and animals.
*Items with batteries must have the batteries removed to be shipped.
4. Items requiring special customs clearance or proof from the Malaysian government or its official websites are not shipped. We will assist with inquiries as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee knowledge of import/export regulations for all countries. Please ensure that the recipient checks and complies with the regulations of the importing country.
