First 1 kg = 162 HKD

Additional 1 kg = 30 HKD

B. Hong Kong Local Home Pickup to HHK Warehouse

(Service available only for industrial and commercial areas)

Additional weight from 2 to 7 kg = 55 HKD/kg

Additional weight over 7 kg = 28 HKD/kg

C. Operating Procedure Explanation: (One pickup order per box, two boxes require two pickup orders...)

1. Our Line@ customer service will send you the tracking label. Print it out and attach it to the box.

2. Write your membership number on the box (do not pay the driver).

3. The Red Sea system will automatically generate a pre-stock in and automatically store it in your member account upon receipt.

4. Once the goods are received and stored, fill out the "New Consolidated Shipping Order."

5. After packing is completed, the cost will be automatically calculated.

6. Go to the website under "Make Payment" to check fees and top up. Enter the amount in the system.

7. The system will automatically deduct fees before outbound, arranging for the package to be sent to the recipient as quickly as possible.
