Home Pickup Service
1. Pickup by car, charged per kilometer (excluding taxes). Within 20 kilometers, the fee is 2000 NTD. For distances exceeding 20 kilometers, an additional charge of 100 TWNTD per kilometer applies.
2. Distance must not exceed 50 kilometers.
3. Actual weight and volumetric weight should be within 500 kg, with the sum of the dimensions of a single box not exceeding 160 cm in total.
4. Ideally, contact should be made at least 1 working day in advance (due to busy schedules, there may be instances where pickup cannot be arranged the day after).
5. For first-time users, please contact customer service first. For regular pickups, you can schedule through the system.
6. Due to parking constraints, door-to-door or upstairs services cannot be provided. Please arrive at the designated roadside location 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
7. Please rely on Google for accurate location searches.
8. Please package items as comprehensively as possible, providing detailed descriptions and quantities. We will assist in verifying upon arrival at the warehouse.
9. We do not accept claims for compensation for incorrect items, quantities, or damages.
