4. All foreign container warehouses in the Red Sea provide local door-to-door pick-up services and return to the container warehouse.

2.Package insurance and loss compensation rules:
a. If the package is lost without insurance, the compensation will be NT$26 per kg, up to NT$3,000.
b. Basic insurance fee: NT$420. Declarations exceeding NT$20,000 are not accepted.
Package insurance amount = declared value = there is a high chance that the recipient will pay customs duties
3. If you cancel the delivery or change the information after the order has been generated, a paper cost of 500 NTD will be charged.
4. For destinations such as remote areas, a minimum surcharge of NTD 1,500 will be charged.
