Collection across the United States (speeding up efficiency and saving time and cost)
1. Please let us first know the number of packages, as well as the weights, dimensions, and inner contents of each package so we can inform you of the total shipping cost
2. After helping you put it into the warehouse in advance, fill in the [Add Order] and select International Express
3. Go to [Payment Needed] to top up, and a deposit of 300 USD or its equivalent is required.
(Reason for deposit: The total shipping cost mentioned in step 1 is only an estimate, as Fedex will reweigh and remeasure each package. If the provided measurements are incorrect, Fedex will revise the shipping fee, and any differences must be paid by the customer.)
*Fedex will notify us of the package measurements after 30 days. After verification, you can request a return of the deposit or continue to use it for other packages.

5. It usually takes 4 to 7 days to arrive at the destination country, subject to the courier company's schedule. Please also pay attention to any emails from Fedex or customs that may ask for more information regarding the package.

2. Compensation for loss of international package: The amount declared in US dollars is used as insurance.
3. Insurance can be provided: 2% of the total declared amount will be charged. If there is any loss or damage, it will be determined by the courier company.
4. The processing fee for modifying the order is 330 NTD/time
5. After arriving at the destination recipient, the weight, length, width and height measured by the international express company will prevail. If you have any objections, please take photos, videos and archives first, and then obtain approval from the international express company yourself. If it is not resolved, our company will first charge according to the charging information of the international express company. Until the express company notifies us that a refund is available, the refund will be refunded to your member account as soon as possible.
6. Since our company has not had access to your package, it will be based on your declared weight, length, width and height and declaration information, and we are unable to provide information for both parties for arbitration services. However, if there is any error in the fee collection, it will be charged again or refunded.
