TPE Taipei Warehouse Shipping Terms & Calculations:

1.Door-to-door pickup is available across Taiwan at 90 TWD per carton (limited to sum of 3 sides $\le 150\text{ cm}$, weight $\le 22\text{ kg}$).

2.Includes: Warehouse packaging, export customs declaration, air freight & fuel surcharge, import simplified customs clearance, and courier delivery throughout Malaysia.

3.Order cutoff is every Thursday before noon; shipments are dispatched to the airport on Friday morning.

Weight Calculation Policy

*Standard Rule: Fees are based on the higher of Actual Weight vs. Volumetric Weight.

*Volumetric Formula:

  Volume Weight (kg) = Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm)/6000

*West Malaysia (TMJ) Special: Offers specific exemptions for volumetric fees if size and weight ratios are met.

*Schedule: Cut-off is every Wednesday, with shipments departing on Thursday.

1. 3% for amounts up to 1,200,
      2. 5% for amounts between 1,201 and 5,000,
