You can click on the image to go to the corresponding functional interface.
 
1. Register first and inform the customer service of your member ID.
2. Check the address of the overseas warehouse first in [Warehouse Address].
* When placing an order on a website, enter your member number (RS*****) in the address section of the order.
3. After the package is shipped, obtain the logistics tracking number.
4. Go to [Add Order], choose the appropriate route, and fill in the details.
5. When the package arrives at the overseas warehouse, it will be received for consolidation according to the shipping details you provided.
6. After the warehouse has finished packing and calculating the fees, you will be notified to make a payment.
7. Before shipment, the payment will be deducted automatically. The package will be arranged for air or sea transport back to Taiwan and delivered to you as soon as possible.
You can check the progress of the shipment at any time. When the package arrives in Taiwan, the EZWAY app will also notify you on your phone.

A1. New Member Registration Explanation!

Important Points:
  1. Member registration is free.
  2. Your email will receive important logistics information and will not be used for advertising.
  3. Your username must be a combination of English letters and numbers. It cannot consist of only English letters or only numbers.
  4. Please provide accurate information for import purposes. The system will automatically copy it to your account’s [Address Book] when you submit an order.
  5. After your registration is completed, please provide your member ID to customer service via Line: @lgg6811g.

A2. What if You Encounter Issues While Registering?

If registration is not successful, try alternative methods:
  1. Switch browsers (Google, FireFox, Opera, Internet Explorer...)
  2. Try using a different smartphone or computer.
  3. Provide all necessary information to customer service Line @lgg6811g for assistance with completing your registration.

A3. What is a Member ID, and What is Its Purpose?

When you register as a member with Redsea7, you will receive a unique member ID (RS+5-digit member number). Please add this member ID to your shipping address when you make online purchases. This helps our overseas warehouse colleagues quickly identify the package and facilitate its prompt stocking in. To learn how to enter your member ID, please log in to your account and refer to the "Warehouse Address" section.

 

A4. How to Update Member Information?

Log in to your member account and click on "Edit Personal Information" under "Account Information" in the "My Account" section on the website. You can update your name, address, phone number, and password.

 

A5. Adding and Updating Recipient Information

Please go to "Recipient Address Book" under "My Account" and click "Add Recipient."

A7. The Importance of Personal Real-Name Authentication (EZ Way) Required by Customs!

To prevent the misuse of personal information and provide the public with convenient and secure customs clearance services, customs authorities have transitioned from traditional paper-based customs declarations to online real-name authentication through the "EZWAY" app. Individuals can complete the real-name authentication process by binding their personal identity information with their mobile phone number using the "EZWAY" app. After completing the app's real-name authentication, the process of obtaining a paper-based declaration is simplified, and there is no longer a need to provide ID numbers or copies of identity documents.

 

A8. Forgot Member Account and/or Password?

After becoming a member, you can modify your password by logging into "My Messages" and selecting "Account Information." If you forgot your password, you can click "Forgot Password" below the password field during member login, enter your commonly used email, and the system will provide a temporary password to the email you registered with. Once you log in with the temporary password, please remember to update your desired password in "Account Information."

A9. Can the Importer and Recipient be Different?

Yes, when you add a new order in Redsea7, the system will help you separate the information for the importer and the local express recipient.
This way, when you order multiple boxes from different websites to be shipped back to Taiwan, you can have different importers to avoid taxes.
The recipient's name, address, and phone number can be the same, and the packages will be received together.
Redsea7 will take care of this at the Taipei warehouse.

 

A10. How To Join the VIP International Purchasing Group as an Overseas Purchasing Agent?

Redsea VIP Membership Requirements:
You should be a purchasing agent.
You must have a sales platform.
Membership deposit of NT$30,000, which cannot be used for freight or shopping deductions.
The deposit can be refunded after 90 days (a processing fee of NT$30 will be deducted).

For refunding the deposit after 90 days, there will be a processing fee of NT$30 plus a service fee of NT$1,000.
Redsea International is not involved, responsible, or charging additional fees for transactions between overseas purchasing agents and members. The paid deposit is refundable by Redsea (after settling accounts with purchasing agents and logistics costs). In case of disputes, please contact us for mutual understanding.
